Amvest

Amvest is a Dutch developer and investment manager in residential real estate.

Focusing on the mid-priced rental segment, Amvest manages an investment portfolio of more than 22,000 homes in The Netherlands both for its flagship Amvest Residential Core Fund and for Separate Account clients, including Aegon Levensverzekering NV (part of a.s.r. since 2023) and Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Woningcorporaties (SPW). Through the Amvest Living & Care Fund, Amvest also invests in healthcare related properties on behalf of a number of institutional investors.

The development activities of Amvest are typically larger area developments, with an eye for a good mix of mid-priced rental homes combined with social housing, private homes and services that contribute to the quality of living in the area. Examples of historic area developments include DUIN (Almere), Strijp R (Eindhoven), Cruquius (Amsterdam) and Aan het IJ (Amsterdam). A large number of new area developments in cities like Amsterdam, Eindhoven, The Hague, Delft and Breda are underway.
